JOB VACANCY: SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities at our project location in Victoria Island and Festac town, Lagos State. The ideal candidate must have strong civil engineering knowledge, proven site experience, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with required standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Liaise with consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage materials usage and minimize waste.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site promptly.
Qualifications & Professional Requirements
• B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Civil Engineering or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• COREN registration is mandatory.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies such as Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience as a Site Engineer on building or civil construction projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
• Excellent site management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements
• Must be willing to work on-site in Victoria Island And Festac ,,Lagos.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
